After you have read the Guidelines & Agreements and reviewed the space information, you are ready to reserve a space!

Step 1

Read the Guidelines and Agreements.

Step 2 

You will have to fill out the Reservation Request, Guidelines Acknowledgement and License Agreement Forms.

Option 1 (Fill it out Online)

The form can be filled out, online, at the Shares Space Request Form.

Option 2 (Print, Fill Out  and Send it Back)

Print the Reservation Request & Guidelines Acknowledgement Form. Fill it out manually.

Scan and email the completed form to sharedspacegroup@rschicago.org

The Shared Space Group will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and you should expect up to 7 to 10 business days for the approval process.
